Configuration & Training

All of our copiers come with on-site configuration and training upon delivery of the machine. We link the copier to your network and ensure all the computers have printing access.

Configuration options are many, as far as assigning a maximum number of prints per employee category or letting only specific employees print color. Your choice!

We further train your staff on basic maintenance and printing options.

Incidents & Repairs

Each copier comes with one-year warranty on proper use, as a token of us to you that we have faith in the quality of our products. When a copier breaks down because of internal issues (non-consumable related), we come and replace it within a fortnight.

We furthermore offer full-service contracts, which guarantee incident intervention within two working days.

Toners & Consumables

Full-service Contracts come with another advantage. Whenever a consumable such as Toner (Ink), Imaging Unit, Transfer Belt, Drums, … runs out, we come and replace it within two working days as well.

Under this contract, you will never have to worry about the quality and availability of toner and consumables again. We charge a small price per click (print) that covers all the usage.
